With over 16 years of pioneering leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Johnetta is a Certified Diversity Executive who transforms organizations from within. Her journey through Fortune 100 companies and global enterprises has honed her expertise in embedding DEI into the very fabric of businesses. As a Chief DEI Officer and Global Diversity Consultant, Johnetta has built and led DEI and Talent Acquisition teams, crafted effective DEI strategies, and partnered with leaders to create inclusive cultures. Her precision, backed by her Six Sigma Black Belt certification, ensures high-impact, measurable results.
