Johnetta is one of the most strategic, collaborative, and talented DEI leaders that I’ve had the pleasure to work with in my career. In our time on a team together, I personally witnessed her ability to build and foster relationships, shape and implement an organization-wide DEI strategic vision, and consult with and influence senior leaders. Johnetta is a rare find; few can tout the successes she has in leading teams, creating lasting and impactful DEI programming and initiatives, and in overall culture transformation for organizations large and small. She is able to successfully collaborate with key parties (colleagues, community partners, vendors and other stakeholders) to truly grow and sustain inclusive and equitable workplace policies, programs, and dialogues.
